Shipping Options

Domestic (U.S): We ship our plaques domestically via UPS, FedEx or USPS. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Hawaii & Alaska: We ship our plaques to Hawaii & Alaska via UPS, FedEx or USPS. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

More About Our Shipping

All of the plaques are shipped from Hartford, Connecticut.

Your plaque is shipped in 7-10 business days.

We make sure that the shipping process is easy and stress free. Please take a look at the approximate delivery times to the right for a better understanding of when you might receive your plaque. Please keep in mind that the delivery time can change. We do not ship any plaques on the weekends, only Monday – Friday.

Return Policy

If you decide to return your plaque for a full refund, you must initiate the return within 30 days of your purchase date. We will not cover the shipping charges. We must receive the plaque within 45 days of the date purchased in order to give you a refund.
